There are several ways to groom your hairless crested based on personal preference.
Some hairless tend to have no hair at all, as pictured, and some tend to be more hairy
than others. This is an example of how to groom to standards.

First, the ears can be shaved or can have hair which is optional. The face
must be shaved. First style can be shaved from the corner of the eye all the
way to the ear. You can also shave to the eye corners, leaving the
sideburns intact.
Next, the hair is removed from the shoulders, upper arms, elbows, and chest, then from the buttocks,
stifles, and thighs. The socks on the pasterns should be on the same level with the socks on the
hocks. Socks are then shaped neatly with scissors, forming an inverted V to emphasize the
characteristic elongated hare foot of the Hairless Crested. Hair between the toes should be removed
with trimmers or scissors.

Tail trimming is next. Starting from the base, at least 2 inches or one-fifth
of the plume should be taken off in accordance with the requirement of
the Standard.
